The bits you're probably wondering.
Is the stuff actually clean and decent quality?
Every piece is checked and graded before it lists. No holes, no stains, no heavy wear, and the condition is shown before you claim it.
Is it really just the delivery fee? What's the catch?
Really. You earn credits by listing your own children's outgrown clothes, then spend them on someone else's next size. The only money is the delivery, your first one's on us, and that fee is how we keep Swapaboo running. There's nothing else to pay.
What if it doesn't fit, or they don't like it?
You pick every piece yourself, so it's never a mystery bag, but children have opinions. If it just doesn't suit them, relist it in a tap and it goes to another family. If it turns up not as described, tell us and your credits come straight back.
Do the credits expire?
No. Earn them when it suits you, spend them when they need something. There's no clock.
Why can't I just sign up?
We're small, and we'd rather grow through families who know each other. Our first families are being invited now, and we open a few at a time.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We keep the least we can: your email, and if you choose to share them, a first name, postcode area and your children's sizes so we know what to stock. Never a child's name, photo or birthday. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete everything whenever you like, and the full detail is on our privacy page.
